The "Day Job"

one of the things i really like about my "day job(s)" is that i often find myself spending time in huge midtown law firms that have fantastic photography collections all over the walls or in the lobbies. the classic gary winograd above (snapped with my ever-present p&s) is just one sample out of the many museum quality collections that someone chooses to decorate(!) the halls with.
and so, during my (frequent) downtimes, i walk around and look at all kinds of photography, some truly great (like the winograd), some not-so-much, but all interesting; and, all the while, i'm getting paid to be there. doesn't quite measure up to having my own photos on those walls, but until that day...
